CONDITIONS OF AGREEMENT *

This Agreement is regulated by the current legislation of Ukraine, in particular, but not exclusively, the provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce", the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection", the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising", the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", the Law of Ukraine "On the principles of state language policy", as well as other laws and bylaws of Ukraine.

The online store boardgameorganizer.com or (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") on the one hand and the customer of the goods / buyer (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") on the other hand undertake to comply with the terms of this Agreement in legal proceedings.

1. USER REGISTRATION, COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA, AND CONFIDENTIALITY

1.4. Processing and use of the database by the Seller is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".

1.5. Each Client reserves the right to access their personal data, the right to make corrections, as well as the requirement to stop processing data by the Seller.

1.6. The Seller reserves the right to use the Client's personal information for marketing purposes (analysis of data on sales of goods, analysis of site traffic, e-mailing, etc.).

1.7. By registering on the Seller's website and leaving his personal data, the Customer undertakes to provide reliable information about himself.


2. RECEIPT AND PROCESSING OF CLIENT'S ORDERS

The Client may purchase goods from the Seller in three ways: online, by phone and in the Seller's store, which is also called "boardgameorganizer" or "BGO" for marketing and market positioning purposes.

2.1. Online shopping.

2.3. Ordering goods in the store.

2.4. After placing the order on the Seller's website, the Customer receives an automatic notification to the e-mail address left by him during the application process and waits for a call from the store manager to clarify the details of the order.

2.5. The order is not considered completed and will not be serviced by the Seller until the Customer confirms the status of the order to the online store manager by phone.

2.6. After processing and confirmation of the order by the Seller, it is considered that the parties have entered into a contract of sale with the rights and obligations under current legislation of Ukraine, unless otherwise stated and agreed in the contract of sale.


3. DELIVERY AND PAYMENT

3.1. Delivery across Ukraine and around the world:

Delivery across Ukraine is carried out by means of the Nova Poshta company within 3 days from the moment of the order. The cost and details of such delivery differ depending on the region of residence of the Client and the size of the parcel.

3.2 The Seller does not assume any obligation to reimburse any losses of the Customer related to the late delivery of the order, and is exempt from any possible penalties.

3.3 The Customer reserves the right to refuse the goods or postpone delivery to a time convenient to him. He is obliged to inform the Seller by phone +380978247182 no later than 16:00 on the day of the order (when placing an order before 15:00) and no later than 12:00 (when ordering after 15:00 of the previous day). If for any reason the Customer changes his mind, forgets or does not have time to notify the cancellation of the order, and the goods have already been sent by the Seller for delivery, the Customer is obliged to reimburse the full cost of delivery.

4. Verification of the GOODS RECEIVED by the CLIENT

4.1 The customer who received the goods must check it for quality and quantity.

4.2. The customer has the right to return or exchange the goods within 14 days from the date of purchase, in accordance with the provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection".

5. WARRANTY SERVICE.

6. TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT

7. DISCLAIMER

7.2 The online store boardgameorganizer.com is not liable for any damages (including non-pecuniary damage, damage from loss of profits (lost profits), data or interruption of business activity) caused by the use or inability to use this site.

8. OTHER CONDITIONS

8.1. To meet the requirements of Art. 7 of the Law of Ukraine "On e-commerce" the Seller informs that access to all necessary information about the Seller may be provided before, during or after placing an order by the Customer, by providing information by phone or other, not prohibited by Ukrainian law, method or other by agreement of the Parties.

8.2. In order to remove any possible claims regarding the language and information provided in the online store boardgameorganizer.com , any information provided both in this Agreement and at http://boardgameorganizer.com should be considered. in general as advertising of products provided on the site, which, in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 26 of the Law of Ukraine "On Principles of State Language Policy" is not a violation of the legislation of Ukraine.
